Holiday period - 18th Dec to 5 January

During the holiday period, we are giving our staff a well-deserved break and will have limited staff available.

All scheduled Gold and Silver services scheduled during this period will revert to Bronze.

If you need a Gold or Silver service during this time, please inform us in advance, and we'll do our best to schedule you in.

Free water testing - Canberra

As we are currently unable to accommodate additional regular services, we're offering free water testing at our warehouse.

Testing will be available between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday*.

Location: 2/67 Tantalum St, Beard ACT.

Our location may be a bit tricky to find, but look for Programmed and REACT Roofing, and you'll locate us.

At Pristine Pools, we offer three different regular maintenance options:

These are specifically designed based on feedback from you, and years of experience to find out what suits your budget, time and ideally what works best.

As everyone is different, we are constantly tweaking our plans to make sure you are looked after in the best possible way.

Each maintenance option requires a minimum of 4 weekly visits.

In Winter, we revert to a Bronze service to save you money!

Automatic payments

Automatic payments for regular services

We understand todays time-pressures and that our invoices may get overlooked.

Did you know that we spend countless of hours each week chasing up overdue invoices?

These overdue amounts add up and have an adverse impact on our business.

In order for us to continue to provide quality services, we require all regular customers to setup automatic payments by 1st September 2023.

How to setup automatic payments

Setting up automatic payments is an easy 3 step set and forget process!

1. To access Auto Pay tap on the link next to: ‘view your invoice online here’ from your email and/or SMS:

2. Select ‘Pay now’ from the top right-hand side of the webpage:

3. Ensure that the toggle next to “Pay future invoices automatically” is turned on:


Enter your card details as per normal and make your payment.

All future invoices for the scheduled service will be automatically paid on their due date.

4 weekly test and balances

Transition to 4 weekly Test and Balances

As per our policy - and to save you money, we have now transitioned to 4 weekly Test and Balance services for the cooler months.

We firmly believe that pools need to be maintained year round. This ensures that when you are ready to use your pool, it is ready for you!

We will then ramp things up again in September.
